Sometimes, you have to put one of your favorite DVDs in because the movie is only available to rent or buy on the streaming sites and you haven't watched it in more years than you can count and you actually have a few hours with the TV all to yourself because your husband asked if he could go watch football outside at his friends house on the river.

I remember watching this one in the theaters with my college friends Julie and Lauren. Whenever we went anywhere together, we used to make a joke about the three of us being a blonde, a brunette, and a redhead. But something about this movie resonated with me for years afterward, and I'm glad to spend some time with it again tonight.
