Salmon w/Nectarine Salsa

This is what I made for dinner. It's Julie's mom's recipe and I've had it and made it before, but it was especially good tonight with herb & butter wild and long grain rice, a simple salad, and a bottle of pinot grigio. Warning, this is enough salsa for 6 servings, easy.

Salmon w/nectarine salsa

Salsa:
1 red bell pepper, chopped
6 nectarines, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic
1/4 c basil
1/2 c OJ
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 c olive oil
Combine ingredients & chill

Fish:
Marinate in olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, parsley for no more than 1 hr.
Cook (grill, preferably) until flaky.
