My friend Laura in Chicago is going to look at a couple potential apartments and roommates for me this weekend. I gave her contact info for these girls, and today I received this:
"Shannon already emailed me back. She sounds like a character. Have you talked to her on the phone? She actually used the phrase "give me a ring-a-ling" and referred to her cell phone as her "celly". Amusing. She also asked me if I was going to the Sheffield Garden Walk this weekend (which I looked up online - it's not until July 23...odd). I'll let you know what I think when I meet her this weekend and see the apartment."
