Moving on up?

Well, surprise, surprise...

I wasn't expecting to hear from these guys until July or something, but today I was called into the principal's office with Mike and Mike and was offered a significant raise with 5 additional contracted weeks for next season. He said he was impressed that I continually progressed all season (as opposed to fluctuating or dipping down periodically), and he implied that I grew into the role as the season progressed (which might have been partly due to the fact that for the first part of the season with the bringing in of other stage managers, I wasn't entirely sure how I fit into the department).

So, I've got some thinking to do.
