Apparently Christmas isn't "vacation"

So this afternoon Mike and Jack were trying to put together my contract for next year, and Mike and I couldn't get straight on the weeks. He kept saying that the week after Nutcracker (the week after Christmas) doesn't count as one of my two vacation weeks and that I get two weeks in addition to that week of paid vacation. Well, that sounds great. Too bad no one told me that last year. Because I only got one week of vacation this season (i.e. this one) if you don't count the last week of December. Cheap bastards. So, even though they should have paid me for one extra week this year, they definitely will next year.
