I'm spending the evening on the couch with papers all strewn about. The interest rate on my mortgage is scheduled to adjust in the fall, and I had to dig through my closing documents for the particular piece of paper which states how the new rate will be adjusted each year.
I then took the current rate (though mine for the next 12-months won't be taken for another 2 months) and drafted up an amortization schedule for myself to estimate what my payments will adjust to. Looks promising.
And now I think I'll walk my tired little feet upstairs and read. These 8am-4pm days are killing me. Can't wait for the holiday weekend!
