Well, I impressed myself today with how quickly I tackled the office. I got a later start than I'd planned, leaving only an hour of the allotted two to sort the remaining items into keep/trash/recycle piles. And even with the late start, by 3pm I was done with all that I could do alone. Various friends and friends of friends helped me with unwanted items and moving larger pieces out of the way between 5 and 7, and then I went for dinner and then beers with friends.
On the eve of departing this city for the third time in as many years, I can't help but feel that the goodbyes haven't gotten any easier.
