Running It Up The Flagpole

I just posted another Craigslist ad since no one responded to my first one. Please pass it on to anyone looking for housing in Chicago.

My plan here is to rent out my entire condo for a larger sum than I could get for a roommate, and rent myself a studio down the street. This of course would require a fair amount of selling furniture, but we'll see if anyone salutes first...
